Welcome to our new EU website
Going forward we will have a NL website (www.diespens.nl) and a EU website (www.diespens.eu.)
Important: the NL website will only allow orders to the Netherlands.
the EU website will not allow orders to be posted to the Netherlands. Make sure that you are shopping on the correct website.
The NL website is for customers ordering within the Netherlands and they will be charged a deposit (statiegeld) on all drinks cans/bottles. This is a legal requirement we have to adhere to.
EU customers do not have to pay this deposit and can therefor shop on our EU website going forward.
For NL customers not a lot will change except for the statiegeld/deposit charged.
What changes for customers using our EU website?
Unfortunately you will have to make a new account on this website (www.diespens.eu) - You can still access your old account on www.diespens.nl, but you will not be able to place an order on www.diespens.nl
Does my discount code still work?
All discount codes are still valid, but will not automatically be recognised by the website. To use the discount code please place your order - write the discount code in the comment and choose 'payment in advance'.
We will then manually apply the discount to your order and send you a new invoice and payment link to finish the transaction.
Any new discount codes issued will be valid on the EU website.
We understand that this might be confusing and even a little annoying, but unfortunately this is the only solution our website provider was able to offer us to ensure that we follow all Dutch legislation.
