How many days to I have to return a product?
You have 14 days after receiving your products to request a return.
How can I send back the item?
Fill in the below return form and post the product(s) back to us. Once we have received the return we will process a refund or send a new product.
Can I request a return label?
Yes, fill in the form on the return tab and choose the option to request a return label. We will then process your request and send you a return label if applicable.
Do I pay to return an item?
This depends on the reason of return. When a product is faulty/not up to standard you will either receive a return label from us or receive the postagecost as a refund. In some cases the return costs are for yourself - for instance when returning an item because you changed your mind, but you do not return the full order.
